Reserve your spot

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

A non-refundable deposit of $200.00 is required to reserve your spot for camp. Please do not reserve your spot(s) unless you are certain you will be attending. We have limited space available (17 per camp) and priority will be given to athletes who have confirmed their participation. Once you have registered you will receive an invoice within 48 hours via email for the full amount of your selected camps with a minimum of $200.00 to be paid upon receipt. 

The balance of your invoice must be received one month before your camp start date. Due to insurance policies you will not be allowed to step on the ice without full payment of all camps you have registered for.

EARLY BIRD PRICING IS AVAILABLE FOR ALL THOSE  WHO PAY THE FULL BALANCE OF THEIR CAMP SELECTION BY MARCH 22, 2024. OUTSTANDING INVOICES WILL BE ADJUSTED TO THE REGULAR RATES (10% INCREASE) ON MARCH 23, 2024.

Your camp is non-refundable and non-transferrable. In the event of injury or illness, a physician note will be required for refund less a $50 administration fee. Camps already in progress are non refundable.

VIP packages are only available for U18 through Pro groups and only for those athletes attending 4 or more weeks of camps.

All Hockey Camp participants must be clients of Training House and therefore must participate in the minimum BASIC option of Open Gym in order to be covered by Training House Insurance. This is non-negotiable whether you utilize the gym or not. 

Camp placement will be determined by on ice instructors based on skill level which may or may not coincide with age brackets. We cannot guarantee friends or carpooling athletes will be in the same group although we will try our best to support those wishes.

TO HELP KEEP COSTS DOWN WE WILL BE GRATEFUL FOR PAYMENTS MADE THROUGH ETRANSFER AT: info@traininghousevernon.com. ALL PAYMENTS MADE THROUGH PAYPAL WILL BE SUBJECT TO A 3.9% FEE TO OFF-SET CONVENIENCE FEES. THANK YOU FOR UNDERSTANDING.

There will be a $50 Jersey deposit added to your invoice. This deposit will be refunded upon return of the Jersey at the end of your camp. Your are welcome to keep the Jersey if you so choose.
