IMPROVE YOUR VERTICAL THROUGH
JUMP CAMP
THIS IS AN 8 WEEK INTENSIVE TRAINING PROGRAM DESIGNED TO EDUCATE THE COURT ATHLETE ON PROPER JUMP MECHANICS AND EXECUTION. AN EVIDENCE BASED STRENGTH TRAINING PROGRAM WILL BE DELIVERED TO SUPPORT THE ATHLETES IN IMPROVING THEIR VERTICAL. BENCHMARK TESTING AND FINAL TESTING WILL BE DONE WITH NOTED IMPROVMENTS.
