Onward & Upward

This past year has been a wild ride! We moved from our downtown location with the name Excel Fitness, to a newly renovated gym space along with a complete rebranding of our business this past Fall. The dust is starting to settle, the majority of our new equipment is in, and we continue to move forward at full speed with an ever-expanding schedule in addition to a bigger team! We are so thankful! A new name, a new face and a new year. Bring it on 2019!

Our members, long-time and recently joined, are amazing! We had a blast celebrating them all at our Member Appreciation Party in December, and look forward to what the coming year will bring to this amazing community! With so many things to look back on and be grateful for, we simply want to carry the things we've learned, the people we've met along the way, and the positive life changes we've witnessed in our amazing community onward into this coming season... this is what you, dear reader, have to look forward to from us! On top of a monthly newsletter, you will be receiving a monthly educational blogpost in many areas that we, as a gym and team, specialize in! Read below for a few of our upcoming blogposts, and please don't hesitate to reach out to us if you'd like us to dive into any particular health/fitness/nutritional/etc. topic.

*February ~ It IS the [commercialized] month of love, so naturally we will be diving into the topic of heart health! This area hits very close to home for Rhonda Catt, and she really looks forward to shedding some light on this topic come February.

*March ~ Looking to take your sport to the next level? Ryan Sarazin will be covering Sports Psychology, and how to train your mindset to reach your highest athletic potential.

*April ~ This is National Autism Awareness Month, and our very own Jamie Munro will be discussing Exercise & Autism! We look forward to shedding light on this topic with you then.
