Technical Coaching/Foundations
Off Ice  - Hockey Specific Functional Movement / Strength and Power introduction
On Ice - Skating and shooting/scoring fundamentals, puck protection, edge work, intro to situational play.

MVP PACKAGE:

  • 3.75 hours progressive on ice instruction designed by Stacy Roest

  • 3 hours small group training with custom program design by Rhonda Catt on skate days

  • Access to Open Gym on non-skate days

  • Yoga/Recovery sessions

BASIC PACKAGE:

  • 3.75 hours progressive on ice instruction designed by Stacy Roest

  • 2 Open Gym access on non-skate days

  • Yoga/Recovery sessions
