ATHLETIC STRENGTH

Welcome! Rhonda and Carla are excited to support you in your strength journey! Please take a few minutes to let us know a little bit about you. This is NOT a quick fix program. There will be opportunities for you to grow and learn. We encourage an open discussion, free of judgement and welcome your questions, experiences and thoughts on Women's health challenges.

 

We are accepting 100 women who wish to begin their journey with us FREE OF CHARGE for one month. After that time we will be accepting 30 women to continue with an intimate, full service online membership program. Our purpose is to support Women and help change the mind-set from "fat-loss" and "skinny" to "strong" and "empowered". A side-effect of this program will be a positive change in your body composition, however, it is not the focus of this program. If you are entering peri-menopause or are in menopause this program is for you! Let's see if we're a good fit!
